From the Board of Westmorland County Football Association and staff, this award will recognise Westmorland Football Association’s commitment to Equality, embedded across all areas of Westmorland County FA four year strategies which began in July 2008.
Westmorland County Football Association acknowledges the diverse community that it works in and is embedding an Equality approach to developing grassroots in football. This encompasses all six areas of diversity - ethnicity, religion age, gender, sexual orientation and disability - and will ensure groups and individuals are given the same progression opportunities in either the playing or the administration of the game.
