The basic principle is that the game is the teacher. Everything we will point out and highlight for the children will be things that they will be able to recognise when they play the game for themselves. We will not be attempting to teach them anything that wouldn’t be naturally occurring in games for this age groups (ie tactics and positional play). The children will learn through repetition of coaching points and cues from the coach during games.
