The Coaches from the club can bring players and the Community Coach can demonstrate the ways of how to show, tell and do and how and when to progress the sessions, this will help the coaches develop their players.
One of the main reasons for the In-Service Training is to provide the coaches fresh ideas. Every coach will pick new ideas for the adaption of sessions. The coach will be always be open minded and have a willingness to learn and develop.
