Please ensure that the form is correctly completed and that the entry fee of £40 (made payable to The Football Association) is securely attached to the form and that the envelope is correctly addressed and with the correct postage rate, otherwise the Post Office will return to the sender, with any delay then having a knock-on effect with no entry received by the closing date of 1 August, if this is the case Clubs may not be entered into the Competition.
Following receipt of entry forms at this office Clubs will receive an e-mailed acknowledgement indicating that the form has been received, but if no acknowledgement has been received within 7 days of posting, then please e-mail competition.entries@thefa.com as this will then indicate that the envelope has gone astray in the post and therefore not received at this office.
All Clubs must be affiliated to a County Football Association and Clubs not affiliated by 1 August are subject to non-acceptance into the Competition. A list of Clubs entering the Competition will be posted on TheFA.Com in the week commencing 9 August and details of the draw for the early rounds will be on TheFA.Com by Friday 27 August.
Clubs are reminded that the distribution of Match Report Forms, Statement Forms and Referee Marking Forms will only be available through downloading from TheFA.Com and all correspondence and notifications will be by e-mail from this office so it is essential that Clubs Secretaries have e-mail access. Clubs will receive in the post the Competition Rule Book, Competition Directory and a pack of Team Sheets which should be received in early September.
