Westmorland CFA host Under 10 Futsal Festival

The Under 10’s Boy’s Futsal Festival took place on Sunday 17^th November at the Queen Katherine School in Kendal

Four teams competed in a festival format, playing each other in 15 minute matches.

All teams adapted well to this indoor variation of football, each adopting a positive attacking philosophy. This approach ensured that there would be plenty of goals from the off, and the packed parent/spectator area was not left disappointed.

We welcomed teams from Heathwaite, Staveley, Milnthorpe & District and Heathwaite United.

This is the first Mini Soccer Futsal Festival run in Westmorland and we will be offering the opportunity for Under 9 teams to enter a festival in the New Year!
