Football Futures Camp 2016

Young Volunteers

football futures programme

Are you motivated! Passionate! Determined! Enthusiastic?

The FA Football Futures programme aims to recruit, retain and develop a progressive pathway for young leaders in order to develop a skilled football workforce for the future.
The Westmorland FA Football Futures programme is free and is dedicated to supporting young leaders through offering guidance, support and opportunities.
The young person is placed at the heart of the Football Futures programme choosing what, where and how they wish to volunteer in football across 6 football themes.
The scheme allows volunteers working within clubs and schools (12-19 year olds) with the opportunity to access support from the County FA while logging volunteer hours.
The importance of volunteers in grass roots football cannot be underestimated and Westmorland County FA are committed to supporting the Football Futures Programme.
