Community Champion support is available to all female coaches in our area, whether they are just starting their coaching journeys or have been coaching for some time but would like some additional mentoring support. Georgia can support coaches face to face at their training sessions or through meetings online. 
For clubs who are interested in increasing the number of female coaches for their teams, Georgia can run a “Stepping over the Sidelines” workshop at your club to encourage females (parents, carers and players) to take the next step into coaching. We will also continue to run “Stepping over the Sidelines” events in the area for those who wish to register for a session.
