Reporting Misconduct

An essential and important duty of the referee is to report misconduct by players, officials or spectators to the appropriate authority. This page provides information on how to report misconduct.

Submitting Discipline via Whole Game System

The Whole Game System allows Match Officials to submit reports electronically (online) directly to the relevant County FA without the need to use email, via the referee reporting portal.

Referees can submit Cautions, Dismissals and Misconduct through the Whole Game System for  League Matches, County FA Cup games and Non Competitive Matches (pre-season friendlies). 

Referees who submit their discipline through the Whole Game System do not need to send their reports by any other method.  Once submitted, you will be able to see your reports on the Referee Dashboard.

Click HERE to access the Whole Game System – you will need to know your FAN and password to log in.  If you do not know your FAN, then please contact the office on 01539 730946.

Submitting Discipline via traditional ‘paper-based’ method

If you do not access to the Whole Game System, then please continue to submit reports via email or post and these will be processed by the County FA using the document(s) below:

Multi-caution match reports and Standard Misconduct forms are available in two formats for download:

Caution Report Form (for electronic completion and emailing)

All completed misconduct reports must be sent within 48 hours of the conclusion of the game:
