Coaches
coaches play a key role in development of players
Coaching is an essential part of grassroots football and here at Westmorland County FA we aim to support our coaches throughout their journey. We aim to offer our coaches the opportunity to develop and progress to where they wish to get to and offer support along the way.
Westmorland County FA requires all coaches in our FA Charter Standard Clubs to be FA qualified, in order to ensure quality development for players. We see this as central to ensure players develop under coaches with the right skills. Our commitment to this is to encourage and support unqualified and qualified coaches to continue to develop themselves for the benefit of themselves and others.
