Discipline Letters

Westmorland County FA have now gone ‘live’ using the new system internally, and one big change that club secretaries will notice is the new look letters that WGS automatically produces which clubs receive on a weekly basis.

This is a really positive step towards clubs being able to gain quick and easy access to their own information, and provide them with an online system for management and payment of their discipline administration, which long term will save valuable time for our volunteers.

Further information and support on this process will be released to clubs in due course.

Member Services

Please be advised that during this transition Member Services is still currently accessible, but may be showing out of date information.

As you will now be aware the office is currently changing system from County Administration System (CAS) to the Whole Game System. Member Services was previously linked to CAS, but as the office is now using WGS some of the information with regards to active cases is not transferring over correctly.   This is being looked into as a priority by The FA’s IT Department and will remedied as soon as possible.  In the meantime, if you require any clarification on any information, please do not hesitate to contact the office.
