Westmorland County FA are running a Women's and Girls specific football week between 7-13 October 2013 looking at encouraging more female activity...
Different activities are being run in colleges and leisure centres across South Lakeland to provide female footballers the chance to ‘Get into Football’ and have a taster session in a safe environment.

The sessions will be recreational and will be designed and run by the female participants with the support of the Westmorland County FA coaching staff.
